The Darshan hall is a beautiful yoga studio space in the forest. It has a fireplace for cold nights and can accommodate 10 – 15 people.

We welcome and support various meditation practice at Pachamama. We also offer guided sit-ins with our resident practitioners for deep reflection and processing. The daily group sits are focused around the technique of Anapana and Vipassana as taught by S.N. Goenka, and are dependent on the schedule and availability of the residents. Personal guided meditation sessions may be requested. In such a session a guided experience to connect with your inner-self is facilitated through talking, singing, sound, silence, art or movement. The technique and flow will depend on the individual, and can assist with connecting to self and source, accessing and clearing blockages, moving energy through the body and releasing trauma.
