Food Gardens

Growing our own fresh produce ensures that the food we eat and serve at Pachamama is of the highest nutritional quality and is grown in a way that does not harm the environment. We utilize permaculture principles and methods of composting, seed propagation and planting to ensure we have a constant rotation of crops and a wide variety of herbs and vegetables available throughout the seasons.

One of our primary focuses at the moment is on building up the health and fertility of our soil due to previous years of destructive agricultural practices on the land.

We aim to facilitate permaculture workshops and exchange programs on the land to share our garden and learning’s with the wider community.
